Real-time Customer Registration

New customers are able to register online.The customer email address is used for the Login ID and the customers can choose their own password. Our Sage 50 Connect will, in real-time, load the new customer records into the Sage 50 Accounts system.

Login IDs and passwords already stored in the Sage 50 Accounts system can be emailed to existing customers. Initial passwords will be generated, if required, and these can be changed in the web store later.

Customers will be able to update their details via the web store, including their login email and password, and the Sage 50 Accounts system will be updated automatically.

Forgotten passwords can be retrieved by email.


Real-time Product Pricing

When a user has not yet logged in to the web store, standard pricing is shown on the product pages.
 
After a user has logged in, product pricing applicable to that logged-in user will be retrieved and displayed from the Sage 50 system.

Customer group price lists can be supported as well as restricted visibility of product groups, all controlled from the Sage 50 Accounts system.


Real-time Stock Levels

Unallocated stock levels will be retrieved from the Sage 50 Accounts system. Available (i.e. unallocated) stock will be shown on the product pages or products can be marked as out of stock.

When an order is placed, the stock levels are adjusted automatically in Sage and the web site will always reflect the up-to-date stock position.


Real-time Order Processing

The web store supports credit card payments and/or credit accounts set up on the Sage 50 Accounts system.

The relevant Tax Code from Sage will be automatically be assigned to products. The store will handle EC Vat codes and waive charging of Vat on Vat codes for non-UK registered addresses.

The web site can take credit/debit card payments using SagePay with 3D-Secure. The storage and protection of credit card details is handled by SagePay. Paypal payments are also supported.

If a customer has a credit account in Sage, the credit limit is checked in real-time when the order is placed.

After payment is cleared, the customer will view an invoice receipt page which can be printed. It will also be emailed to the customer. The customers can view their order history and download previous receipts from their account in the store.

All the order details are entered directly into the Sage 50 Accounts when the transaction is completed.


Full Content Management

Your whole web site can be edited using Kentico CMS, a very intuitive content management system.

All pages are organized in a tree hierarchy that reflects the site navigation, so you can easily find the page you want to edit, make the changes using the built-in WYSIWYG editor and click Save. Anyone familiar with Microsoft Word will find it very easy to use.
